House Rules

Large trash bin is at the back of the house around the corner. Keep bungee locked to keep out the javelinas. Fire extinguisher is in the corner near kitchen trash can. Fire blanket is inside the upper kitchen cabinet to the left of the stove. There’s a hose outside to the right of the front door if you are coming back from a hike and would like to rinse your shoes, feet, or paws. We understand that accidents happen! To help prevent stains from setting, we’d really appreciate if you could give any stained linens a quick spray with the provided Oxi stain remover (on top of the laundry machine). That iconic red Sedona dirt has a way of getting into everything! Thank you for helping us keep our home clean! Do not flush anything down the toilet other than toilet paper— this includes wet wipes and baby wipes. No smoking, vaping, drugs, or parties. The City of Sedona has mandated quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. No amplified sound outside at any time. Do not leave your pet unattended at any time inside the home or outside in the yard. Please keep your pet on leash when outside, as we have wildlife that pass through (like coyotes & javelinas), there may be other pets on the property in the other unit, and we cannot guarantee that the yard is fully fenced. Exercise extra caution at nighttime. Pets may only go to the bathroom outside. Please pick up after your pet. Trash bin is located at the back of the house around the corner. We are dog parents ourselves and love snuggling with our pup. If you allow your dog on the furniture, please be mindful of any fur left behind. There is a vacuum in the master bedroom closet. If there is excessive fur left behind, we may have to charge for extra cleaning. We appreciate you being a responsible pet parent!

Accessibility

Neighborhood

Our home is located in the highly convenient West Sedona neighborhood, close to groceries, restaurants, shops, and some of the best hiking in the area. Whole Foods is right across the street (2-minute drive / 10-minute walk), and Safeway is a 5-minute drive. You’ll also be minutes from many iconic trailheads, including: Soldier Pass (8 min) Devil’s Bridge (10 min) Boynton Canyon (15 min) Sugar Loaf Loop (4 min) Thunder Mountain (9 min) Teacup / Coffee Pot (6 min) Airport Mesa (4 min) — can also hike to it from the house, about 30 minutes up the mountain, one of the top spots in Sedona for stunning sunsets and panoramic red rock views Dining, coffee shops, and boutiques along 89A are all within a quick drive. Uptown Sedona is about 10 minutes away, offering even more shops, galleries, and tour departures.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive use of one side of the duplex. **NO SHARED SPACES** Each unit has its own private entrance, parking, and outdoor space. The walls were soundproofed when we renovated the home in 2025.

We absolutely loved our stay! The views were truly phenomenal—honestly even better than we expected. The place fit us perfectly and felt so comfortable from the moment we arrived. The host was incredibly responsive, which made everything easy and stress-free. The location couldn’t have been better either—so convenient and beautiful. And a special mention from Harley, our little Maltese—he had the best time exploring the enclosed yard for hours! We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Perfect stay for our Sedona girls hiking trip! Every morning we enjoyed the complimentary coffee and the spectacular views from the front porch. It was quiet, clean and bright. Saturday night we hiked a nearby path to Airport Mesa and watched an incredible sunset while listening to a local live band. It was magical! Highly recommend if you’re considering visiting Sedona. 🧡 Sending love from Canada 🇨🇦
